On Sunday, April 24, ESU held the ALANI celebration to recognize and celebrate students on track to graduate this spring of African, Latinx, Asian, and Native American (ALANI) descent as well as those of international student status

Nine students at East Stroudsburg University were recently accepted into Psi Chi, the international honor society in psychology.

On April 15, East Stroudsburg University's department of political science and economics held the joint induction ceremony for the Iota Chi Chapter of the Pi Sigma Alpha (National Political Science Honor Society) and the Alpha Xi Chapter of the Omicron Delta Epsilon (International Honor Society of Economics).

ESU's sport management department inducted 13 students, five undergraduate and eight graduate students, into the 2022 Chi Sigma Mu Student Honor Society in Sport Management.

Over 400 East Stroudsburg University students are gaining hands-on experience this semester through internships, clinicals, and student teaching placements. These student interns are majoring in more than 20 programs, including accounting, art + design, athletic training, biology, business management, communication, communication sciences and disorders, computer science, criminal justice, digital media technologies, education, English, environmental studies, exercise science, finance, hotel restaurant and tourism management, marketing, nursing, political science, psychology, social work, sociology, and sport management.

A total of 1,222 students have been named to the Dean's List at East Stroudsburg University of Pennsylvania (ESU) for the Fall 2021 semester of the 2001-2022 academic year, according to Margaret Ball. D.M.A., interim provost and vice president for academic affairs. Students eligible for the Dean's List are those who have attained a 3.50 quality point average or better and are enrolled full-time. The letter grade "B" earns 3 quality points per credit, and the grade "A" earns 4 quality points per credit.

A total of 345 students will receive degrees from East Stroudsburg University of Pennsylvania at the conclusion of the Fall 2021 semester. All degrees will be conferred upon completion of final coursework.

On Friday, December 17 East Stroudsburg University held celebrations to recognize and honor fall 2021 teacher preparation graduates from the Colleges of Education, Arts and Sciences, and Health Sciences.
