Today, ESU is a comprehensive university in northeastern Pennsylvania offering 58 undergraduate programs, 21 master's programs and two doctoral program. ESU Opportunities Help Graduate Earn SiriusXM Radio Internship

Throughout his time at East Stroudsburg University, diehard sports fan Mehki Williams made it a point to pursue every opportunity to polish his skills, grow his confidence and position himself to one day earn his big break in broadcasting. To reach his goal, Williams led his own sports talk show at WESS 90.3 FM, served as the station's sports director, wrote for the Stroud Courier and ESU Athletics, did play-by-play for Warriors men's basketball games, and used every class project as a chance to add a new strength to his resume.

Abbas attended the National Education for Women's (NEW) Leadership Pennsylvania institute at the Pennsylvania Center for Women and Politics at Chatham University in Pittsburgh from May 18-23.

East Stroudsburg University Announces Student Speakers for 2025 Commencement

East Stroudsburg University will hold its commencement exercises on Friday, May 9 and Saturday, May 10 in Koehler Fieldhouse. The graduate commencement ceremony will take place Friday at 6:45 p.m. Ashlee Grennan M'10 M'25 will be the student commencement speaker. The undergraduate ceremonies will take place on Saturday. The ceremony awarding bachelor's degrees from ESU's College of Health Sciences and College of Business and Management will begin at 8:45 a.m. Joseph Merkel '25 will be the student speaker. The ceremony awarding bachelor's degrees from ESU's College of Arts and Sciences and College of Education will begin at 1:45 p.m. Richermy Batista Marinez '25 will be the student speaker. Susan Dillmuth-Miller, Au.D., University Senate president, will be the grand marshal for the ceremonies, which will honor ESU's December 2024 and May 2025 graduates.
