ESU Junior Wins Council of Retail and Sales Outstanding Student Award

ESU student Hayley A. Cosgrove a junior majoring in business management from Saylorsburg, Pa., won the "Outstanding Student Award" for the Council of Retail and Sales case contest at DeSales University.

Students' Robotics Project Wins at STEM Conference

Using a retrofitted robot arm from the 1990s, three East Stroudsburg University computer science students won the top award in math and computer science for their robotics project at a recent conference on STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) for universities in Pennsylvania's State System of Higher Education.

Students Present Research to Council of Trustees

Two East Stroudsburg University students, Samantha Dietz and Alicia Kakakio, presented research to the university's Council of Trustees during their April 25 meeting. The two students were chosen by ESU Provost and Vice President for Academic Affairs, Joanne Z. Bruno, J.D., from the 175 students that presented research at ESU's annual Student Research and Creative Activity Symposium on April 10.
